Trumaker

Trumaker is a menswear brand that prides itself on providing accessible luxury, superior quality and personalized service. As new services were added to the business, Trumaker had trouble communicating the unique customer benefits online while still letting the brand shine. I was asked to do a full audit of the current user experience and provide areas of brand communication, user on-boarding flows and transactional interactions.
